Zhubo designed the first senior care building: Guangzhou Poly Hexi Club was completed
Zhubo has been working on real estate projects for a long time, and has been exposed to many types of exploratory pension projects. At the same time, through the medical design team, he learned about the real exploration of various private medical investors in the pension industry. Realizing that the government and investors are slowly maturing, we began to integrate the resources of the group, thinking from a design perspective, how can we design an age-friendly building that truly meets the needs of the elderly care industry for investors in the elderly care industry. The completion of the Guangzhou Poly Hexihui project marks a new round of exploration and experimentation in the elderly care industry by Zhubo Design.

The foundation pit of Wuhan Poly K26 plot project has been completed and the basement is under construction. As a super high-rise office building with a high floor area ratio, the design combines the layout of the refuge floor, combining different functions from the vertical space, and strives to create a new "vertical city" in the Optics Valley area.

Shenzhen Xingzhi Middle School has officially capped. The surrounding areas of the base are mostly high-density urban village industrial areas, and the urban public space is extremely scarce. Among them, how the Ping An Finance College Golf Course on the north side provides a private venue with available public space for local residents, and a deeper thinking about the publicity of educational buildings is the main point of the designer's attention.

Zhubo Technology successfully won the bid for the 4th and 5th plots of Canbang. The base is located in the West District of Daya Bay, the first station of Shenzhen's eastward expansion, with complete education and living facilities, and extensive external transportation, allowing you to enjoy the Shenzhen-Benefit Twin City life. The West District is planned to be the city's CLD residential center, known as the "ecological residential area". The government aims to create luxury residences similar to "Xiangmihu" and lead the benchmark.
