Kingkey Binhe Times

Jingji Binhe Times is located in the Xiasha area at the southwestern end of Futian District, Shenzhen. It is a large-scale urban renovation project. The design starting point is to shape urban public spaces with multiple functions and form a vibrant urban regional center. The design adopts the strategy of "open space", creating multiple urban open plazas in a concession way, connecting the plazas in the form of a cross-style commercial inner street, as a core engine of the Chegongmiao area and the Xiasha area, and is responsible for exciting the area. The important role of business vitality.

The facade of the tower is dominated by a modern style, emphasizing the contrast between the vertical and horizontal directions, and seeking the overall integration, focusing on the shaping of the sense of volume and the depiction of details. The building has a strong sense of identity in the image, and the volume is simple but powerful. In terms of color, two tones of cold and warm are used to form a contrast but without losing unity. Offices and hotels use glass curtain walls to emphasize the characteristics of public buildings. Commercials, apartments, and residences use warm-toned stone to form a warm living atmosphere, making the building more attractive and Humane.
