Oct East · Rhine Villa

The project is located above the sea and mountains at an altitude of 421 meters. It is surrounded by mountains and seas, and it is perfectly integrated with mountains, seas, forests and lakes. It faces the four seasons flower fields of the Tea Valley in the north, the Wutong Mountains in the west, the Yunhai Valley golf green in the east, and the south. The panoramic view of Dameisha extends the residential function of the home to the mountains and the sea. While possessing the scarce natural resources of the city, it keeps the best distance from the city center, enjoys the entertainment and life facilities of the bustling city center, and realizes the living ideals that people yearn for. In architecture, it inherits the classic German architectural style, injects pure German style into the original mountains and seas, and is arranged in a shallow and natural manner on the ridge, which outlines an elegant manor town. While fully guaranteeing the respect and tranquility of a free life, it takes into account the most primitive 'harmony' and 'group living' complexes of human beings, creates the 'popularity' atmosphere of the manor, and integrates the affection of neighbors, so as to promote the natural and harmonious communication between people. . In terms of space configuration, the super large private garden extends the graceful manor life. Whether it is the family mingling of a family or the gathering of guests and friends, you can feel the complete joy of life in the garden. The design is not only to build a house, but to carry an ideal life concept, advocating a pure lifestyle, 'return to nature in the city, and perceive life from the manor'.
