Wuhan Poly Times Square is located on the west side of Guanshan Avenue in Wuhan. The design forms a smooth volume by strengthening the dominant display of the corner of the base, thereby enhancing the public space effect of the base and forming a completely open central plaza for outdoor cultural activities. And guide the flow of people from the external space into the interior of the building. The super high-rise office building is arranged on the north side of the site, close to Guanshan Avenue, to highlight the iconicity of the project. The design emphasizes regional characteristics and is inspired by the water culture of Wuhan. The flowing architectural shape and linear architectural skin are a good interpretation of the surrounding urban environment, the inheritance and continuation of Wuhan Yangtze River culture, and the effective expression of sustainable development and water texture. The design reinterprets the architectural elements with contemporary design language. The project aims to create a modern urban benchmark with regional characteristics, reflecting the urban quality of Wuhan. Aiming at 5A-level intelligent high-end office, the crystal clear sculpture shape has created a high-end atmospheric image of the building image. The façade adopts LOW-E double-layer hollow glass curtain wall to create a more light office space and a more pleasant office environment.
