Chang'an Vanke Center

Dongguan Chang'an Vanke Center is a large-scale, multi-functional and complex urban complex. After completion, it will become a new landmark of Chang'an Town at a height of 260 meters. In order to avoid excessive traffic pressure on Changqing South Road, the main commercial street of the city, the design arranges the tower on the westernmost side of the site, and places the centralized shopping center in the core area of the site, connecting the east and west sides of the site. Shops are arranged in parallel along the city roads, forming an open commercial street. Commercial freight circulation and office parking circulation are located between the tower and the shopping mall. By opening two roadways running through the north-south and east-west in the site, the traffic rate of vehicles will be increased to alleviate the external traffic pressure caused by the completion of the project. The facade is dominated by glass curtain walls and metal curtain walls. The colors and textures of different materials are used to form a clear volume. The dynamic and streamlined outline extends to the indoor and outdoor spaces to give the building a distinctive personality and stylish atmosphere.
