The project plan follows the requirements of the original control plan to set the location of the main building tower, and the overall planning is in the form of an open block. The underground subway streamline is interwoven vertically. On the ground, the northeast corner of the land is retreated to be the collecting and distributing space for public flow of people, and enough space is reserved for the main entrance of the office building. The office entrance is set on the east side, and the office secondary entrance is set on the north side to effectively divert and organize various kinds of people. The entrance of the bank business hall and the main commercial area are set near the park interface on the south side. The roof leisure platform is formed through the building setback, which can expand the public space and increase the added value.

The design concept of simple overall image and fine detail structure. In combination with local cultural characteristics, we will build a modern, simple and elegant international landmark 5A office building. The scheme focuses on the distribution space in the northeast, strengthens the landscape of commercial nodes, and creates an indirect landscape from the subway to the park in combination with the overall active space atmosphere. The podium roof is decorated with small-scale greening to form a roof garden, striving to create a multi-level three-dimensional landscape environment.
